We are a young family who have been looking for a great house to call our home.
Our daughter, Brenna, is 6 and her younger brother, Gabriel, is 3. We also have a
new child on the way who will be joining the family next spring.
As soon as we saw your house, we knew it would work well for our family! In our
search for a new home yours is a great fit. My wife and I love how you have
renovated everything. We especially love the hard wood floors, the natural lighting,
the kitchen, and the way you finished the basement. Everything was done very
professionally.
The size of the yard is just perfect for the kids to have a safe place to play.
We have been looking for a ranch style house, just like this, because my wife was
diagnosed with an illness 4 years ago which resulted in nerve damage and this limits
her mobility greatly. The layout and size of the house would be a perfect fit for
her abilities.
We would be honored to live in your home. We appreciate your consideration and
are excited for the opportunity to move into a house that seems to be such a
perfect fit for our family.

FROM OUR 2ND RENOVATION:
We purchased our newly renovated home from Silverpeak Homes, Inc. and could not possibly be any happier with the quality of work done. We compared before and after pictures and were astounded by the difference; it was like a completely new house! Everything was done with precision and care, and most importantly practicality. Walk in to any room and you can instantly see the amount of care and thought put into making everything comfortable and practical for day to day living.
The only thing better than the home itself, is the people behind it. I was beyond impressed with Dom Gschwend and his wife Rebecca during the buying process. Their professionalism and caring for the people purchasing their homes made the process very enjoyable and stress free. This continued even after the sale was complete; there was an unforeseen issue with the brand new hot water heater installed in the house, and it ended up being defective from the manufacturer. Even though it was entirely the fault of the manufacturer, Dom still went out at 9:30 at night to purchase us a brand new water heater, and was there the next day to install it.
There is no question my family and I would be happy to spend the rest of our lives in this new home, but if we ever decided to move again, Silverpeak Homes will be the first number I dial.
